Please share your experience working with patients diagnosed with COVID-19
This experience has been unlike any other I have come across in my years of practice. I commend our hospital administration for their excellent leadership, communicative efforts, and quick dispersing of adequate PPE to appropriately protect our staff and patients during such a critical time. It is an honor and privilege for me to serve my community in this capacity, and I trust that we will overcome this pandemic as our people have survived harsh times before. Your continued acts and words of support and prayers mean to the world to us all.
What advice would you give to people during this pandemic?
Continue to practice social distancing and be mindful to perform adequate hand sanitization and bodily hygiene daily. If possible, wear a mask when outdoors or in public places. Utilize this time to reconnect with your children, family members, and friends. Put some time into a project you’ve always wanted to start, learn a new skill or craft, and do things to enrich your overall physical and mental wellbeing while we are all inside.
Thank you for simply being YOU. & for being so selfless in your devotion to the wellbeing of others. You are loved and appreciated!
I’m so proud of you Kiana.
