Please share your experience working with students during the pandemic?

Our students and families are struggling trying to adapt and suggest. It’s a constant requirement each day to adapt and adjust. People who are not on the front lines are making decisions without consulting those that have to experience the day to day. Our teachers are tasked with having to decide between their families, their health, and their job. However, families and teachers are making the best of it. They’re moving in grace.

What advice would you give to people during this pandemic?

Find a way to come together as a community. Create a hub in your neighborhood of resources and support to get through this strange time. If there are things working for you and your family, share with others. If support is needed, reach out. However, everyone needs to do the work in order for us to be successful. Our kids can bloom wherever they are planted. Once we reach our new normal, continue supporting each other in your communities.
